2. Regulatory Requirements and Restrictions

3. Your Account

• Voiding of winnings and reversal of withdrawals;

3.5 Using another person’s login details is forbidden.

• Your balance is zero (no positive or negative funds);
  
• No withdrawal requests are pending.
  

If you close an account with an active balance, those funds will be forfeited.

3.8 Self-exclusion: You may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. You must also disclose any additional accounts you may hold. The Company is not responsible for losses on accounts not disclosed.

3.9 We reserve the right to decline account registration or close an existing account at our discretion and without prior notice.
